Development Plan

This sets out the steps we are taking to achieve the club's ambition of being the best archery club in the East of England by 2010. We want to be recognised as an archery centre of excellence with the best facilities, members and performances.

Our priorities for 2008/09 are to:
 retain a higher proportion of club members on an annual basis
 establish the optimum membership level to help the club achieve its ambitions including making indoor shooting sustainable
 increase the proportion of club members improving their own performance levels including successes at County / Regional / National level
 increase the proportion of club members shooting at external competitions
